Patrick Bullen-Smith
Head of Professions
Patrick brings over 20 years of experience running an insurance brokerage and 15 years running a finance brokerage, where he played a key role in building long-term client relationships. He has established strong connections with a wide range of Insurers, giving him valuable insight into underwriting and insurance processes. Well respected within the industry, Patrick is also a regular contributor to the Law Society Gazette.
Chris Ficken
Managing Director
Chris has over 20 years experience in the insurance industry, having held senior leadership roles including Managing Director and Sales Director for more than a decade. Throughout his career, he has built an extensive network of contacts both within and beyond the insurance sector, enabling him to provide comprehensive support tailored to his clients’ businesses. Chris has also developed strong strategic relationships with insurers allowing him to add genuine value by optimising both coverage and cost for every client he works with.
Joe Francescotti
Broking Director
Joe has over two decades of experience in the Professional Indemnity insurance market, with a career covering senior broking and underwriting positions across London and international markets.
He has held leadership and specialist roles with major global brokers and insurers, building extensive expertise in complex Professional Indemnity, Cyber and Technology placements. Joe is recognised for his strong market relationships, technical expertise and client focused approach, delivering bespoke risk solutions.
Tanna Turnbull
Operations Director
Tanna has over a decade of experience in operations, Tanna is dedicated to creating seamless and efficient processes for clients. Having worked closely with clients and supported Patrick across previous ventures, she understands the day-to-day challenges businesses face and is committed to reducing complexity and easing the administrative load wherever possible.
Terry Seager
Head of Technical
Terry has over 40 years experience in the insurance industry ranging from senior roles with both global and specialist insurance brokers, to the management of an underwriting team for a large UK insurer.
For the last 30+ years Terry has specialised in professional indemnity insurance, with an increasing focus on the technicalities of cover and how policies actually respond to claims. He has fostered strong relations with a number of key insurers and relishes the opportunity to once more work for a specialist broking firm and use his skills and experience to serve the often complex needs of its clients.
Jamie Wright
Senior Account Executive
Jamie has specialised in the legal sector since 2004, developing a strong understanding of the professional indemnity requirements for law firms at all stages of their development.
He works closely with both new and established firms, guiding them through the process and helping to secure appropriate, competitive insurance terms.
Jamie also has experience in managing insurance schemes for groups and professional societies and is known for his approachable, conscientious style.
Dominic Rooney
Senior Account Executive
Dominic has over 25 years experience in the professional indemnity insurance field, having worked with a number of leading London brokers across all classes of PII.
He is known for his responsive, hands-on approach and for working closely with brokers and clients to secure appropriate, competitive terms.
Having operated through changing market conditions, Dominic brings valuable perspective and consistency in supporting clients of all sizes.

Senior Account Executive
Chris has over 25 years experience in Professional Indemnity Insurance, working across all classes of PII and supporting a wide range of professional firms. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with both insurers and clients, developing a strong understanding of the market and the importance of delivering a high level of personal service. His extensive experience enables him to navigate complex placements and negotiate effective solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Known for his thorough and client-focused approach, Chris is committed to securing the best possible outcomes for the businesses he advises, building long-term relationships based on trust, expertise and reliability.
Ben Huntley
Account Executive
Ben brings a strong understanding of how different businesses operate, developed through his experience in strategic analysis, business development and client relationship management. Having worked across sectors including financial services and public affairs, he is adept at quickly understanding clients’ commercial priorities, risk exposures and growth objectives. Prior to joining Juno, Ben advised clients on emerging trends and talent strategies within the risk and sustainability space. Earlier in his career, he worked within central and city government, collaborating with senior leadership and high-level stakeholders across the public and private sectors.

Head of Accounts
With a professional qualification in accounting and extensive industry experience, Marie brings expertise across finance and accounting operations. Specialising in the management of client funds, she is highly skilled in ensuring rigorous regulatory compliance while optimising processes for large and diverse client portfolios. Thriving in fast-paced environments, she combines technical precision with strategic oversight to support strong financial governance and operational excellence.
